2005 Yılı Fen ve Teknoloji Dersi ve 2013 Yılı Fen Bilimleri Dersi Öğretim Programlarının Öğretmen Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2005 yılı fen ve teknoloji dersi ve 2013 yılı fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin bazı değişkenler açısından tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmada, betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama (survey) modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, MEB'e bağlı ilkokul ve ortaokullarda farklı illerde görev yapan Fen Bilimleri (n = 99) ve Sınıf Öğretmenleri (n = 26) oluşturmaktadır. 2013 Öğretmenlerin programlara yönelik görüşleri hizmetiçi eğitimin sonunda 5li likert tipi ölçek kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre, eski ve yeni programın ögelerine yönelik öğretmen görüşleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin yenilenen fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programına ilişkinhedef, içerik, süreç ve değerlendirmeleri açısından programı olumlu buldukları tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin yeni fen programı ile ilgili görüşleri cinsiyete göre değişkenlik gösterirken; branş, mesleki kıdem, mezuniyet türü, mezun olunan fakülteye göre değişkenlik göstermemektedir

The main purpose is evaluation of teachers’ views about 2005 and 2013 science course curriculum and determines their views for the new science program. Survey model of the descriptive research methods was used in the study. The study group is consisted of a total of 125 teachers who are working in different cities in Ministry of Education. (Science Teachers, n = 99; Classroom Teachers, n = 26.) Teachers' views on the programs were assessed through a likert type scale (1 to 5) at the end of in-service training. The findings of the study were analyzed using the SPSS program. As a result of the research, it was determined that there are significant differences between the opinions of teachers for the old and new science course program. In addition, it has been identified that teachers’ views about 2013 science course curriculum in terms of aim&objectives, content, teaching strategies and evaluation are positive. Teachers' views about the new program varied according to gender on the other hand there weren’t any difference according to branches, seniority, type of graduation and graduated from faculty
